The Bluefins Training Program
The Bluefins’ basic philosophy with regard to the training program is TECHNIQUE. Starts, Turns and proper Stroke Mechanics are priority number one. Each level in the club will stress these components. There is a comprehensive progression in each level with regards to training volume and frequency that provides a balanced approach to the individual swimmer’s development. All levels endeavor to provide a fun, safe and challenging environment for their swimmers.
