General information
Registration fees cover all expenses related to the swimmer (affiliation to the FNQ, swim time, and coaching). However, additional expenses may be incurred for personal equipment, transportation to and from meets as well as meals and accommodations at away meets. N.B.: Meet fees are not included and must be paid for by postdated cheques at the start of the swim season. An $85 non-refundable deposit when registration is sent in is required in order to guarantee your membership. All membership registrations must be in by August 4, 2011. The non-refundable deposit will form part of the registration fee.
Print the 2011-12 Registration Form and return along with the volunteer form and health form no later than August 4th, 2011 with your postdated cheques for swim fees, and meet fees to the registrar at either of the following addresses :

All cheques are payable to: BEACONSFIELD BLUEFINS N.B.: A family discount of 10% applies to the 2nd member of a family or more. This discount applies to the lowest swim fees only (not meet fees) if paid in full by September 1st, 2011.
Refund Policy : Swim Fees: a written notice must be given to the registrar 10 days prior to the date of the swimmer’s departure. Refunds for departures prior to October 31st 2011 will be 60% of the September 1st swim fees. Meet Fees cheques and February 1st 2012 swim fees cheques will be returned. For departures after October 31st and before February 1st, the February 1st 2012 swim fees cheques will be returned. No refunds will be made after February 1st, 2012. No pro-rata refunds will be applied.
Meet fees : All unused amounts will be carried over to the following season at the end of the swimming year. The unused portion will be refunded in the event that the swimmer is not returning or upon request after the last meet of the season.
NSF Cheques : All NSF cheques must be replaced IN CASH to the treasurer immediately and must include a $10 surcharge per cheque. If the cheque is not replaced within three (3) weeks the swimmer will be considered withdrawn from the club and will not be entered in upcoming meets.
